Job Responsibilities

Strategy & HQ Alignment

• Act as the key liaison between RFMY and HQ, ensuring local marketing execution aligns with regional strategy.
• Adapt HQ initiatives for the Malaysian market and provide consumer, competitor, and market insights to support strategic decision-making.

Digital, CRM & Loyalty

• Lead digital marketing, CRM, loyalty, and voucher programs to drive customer engagement and sales growth.

Channel & Aggregator Management

• Manage and grow performance across GrabFood, foodpanda, and ShopeeFood through promotions, visibility, and partnership campaigns.
• Optimize channel performance across dine-in, takeaway, and delivery platforms.

Promotions & Campaign Execution

• Execute promotional calendars, local store marketing (LSM), and new product launches across all channels.
• Ensure seamless campaign rollout and operational readiness across stores and digital platforms.

Performance & Budget Management

• Monitor campaign effectiveness, sales performance, and marketing ROI.
• Manage marketing budgets with a strong focus on efficiency and business impact.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in Digital Marketing, CRM, Marketing Operations, or Brand Marketing, with leadership experience preferred
• Experience in F&B, QSR, or Retail industries. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, paid media, CRM, loyalty programs, and promotional campaign execution.
• Hands-on experience managing food delivery aggregators (GrabFood, foodpanda, ShopeeFood)
• Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Proven ability to execute effectively within an HQ-led / matrixed structure, translating central direction into local execution.
• Strong analytical, project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willing to be placed at Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
