Roles & Responsibilities

·        Develop robust, scalable, and enterprise-grade applications for backend, web, and mobile platforms based on business and technical requirements.

·        Design, implement, test, and maintain software solutions in accordance with established architecture, coding standards, and best practices.

• Manage assigned development tasks and deliver project milestones within agreed timelines.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance application performance, reliability, and scalability to ensure high-performing and resilient enterprise applications.
• Develop and integrate APIs and integration services (e.g., RESTful, SOAP, and other integration protocols) to support enterprise system integration requirements.
• Collaborate with software engineers, business analysts, technical specialists, and project stakeholders throughout the SDLC using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues by designing robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions for enterprise applications.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and software engineering best practices, and apply them where appropriate.

For Senior Role:

·        Provide engineering leadership by leading technical design and architecture discussions, driving engineering best practices, and mentoring junior engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

·        Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality and maintainability, and provide technical guidance to support successful project delivery.

Requirements

·        Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

·        Fresh graduates with strong academic achievements and hands-on Java development experience are encouraged to apply.

·        Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, J2EE, REST APIs, and object-oriented programming (OOP) and design (OOD).

·        Experience with Spring Framework, Hibernate/JPA, Servlets, and REST/SOAP web services.

·        Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.

·        Good SQL and database knowledge using Oracle, DB2, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.

·        Familiar with Git, GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, and CI/CD practices.

·        Exposure to Docker/Podman, Kubernetes/OpenShift (OCP), and cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Huawei Cloud, or private cloud environments is an advantage.

·        Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana is a plus.

·        Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills with the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

·        Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.

·        Able to understand business priorities, manage competing tasks, and deliver quality solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment.
