Leopad Group Hiring! Full Time QC Inspector Specialist (Blaster Painter) in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Perform inspection painting, PFP, Galvanizing, Insulation, Thermal Spray clients as per ITP requirement for verify quality with compliance of project specification and standard/code.
• Monitor and record environment data fitness for coating work, i.e. Wet & Dry Temperature, Humidity and Surface Temperature.
• Ensure all site coating/inspection equipment meets calibration requirements.
• Maintain records of all work done. Including Painting Reports, RFI, Painting Release reports, Insulation Reports, Materials Inspection certificates, Material Inspection reports etc.
• Monitor and verify the effectiveness of repair work and re-inspect the coated areas.
• Prepare daily accomplishment reports and detailed QC inspection reports.

REQUIREMENT:

• Degree in Engineering equivalent technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of QC Quality Controls experience in Oil & Gas industries or related.
• NACE Level 1,2,3 Coating Inspector.
• Having extensive knowledge of ISO, NACE, SSPC, ASTM and BS standards relevant to coating inspection.
• Knowledge of specifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Must be proficient in written and spoken English.
