Job Summary

You will engage prospective clients through cold calling, schedule and confirm appointments with business directors, and consistently meet daily and monthly sales targets to support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities
• Schedule and arrange appointments with business directors to discuss financing solutions
• Follow up on scheduled appointments to ensure meetings occur as planned
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company
• Demonstrate proactive and independent work habits to drive sales results
• Apply customer-oriented communication skills to engage and persuade potential clients effectively

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or related sales roles
• Proficiency in bilingual verbal communication to engage diverse clients
• Experience with telesales, telemarketing, and cold calling techniques
• Sales-driven mindset with a focus on customer needs and business growth
• Ability to start work immediately
