No Experience Required | Training Provided | Shift Allowance | Night Transport

Working Hours(Day/Night):

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Night Shift: 4:00 PM – 1:30 AM
• $25 allowance per night shift
• Transport provided for night shift

About the Role

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Manufacturing Technicians.

No prior technician or manufacturing experience is required. Full training will be provided.

This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, are willing to learn technical skills and are looking to build a long-term career in the manufacturing and engineering industry.

Candidates from different backgrounds are welcome to apply, including fresh graduates, ITE graduates, production operators, assemblers, warehouse workers and those looking for a career switch.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assembly and testing of electrical and electro-mechanical components
• Follow work instructions, drawings, schematics and standard operating procedures
• Use hand tools and testing equipment to perform assembly and testing activities
• Conduct visual and functional checks to identify defects or abnormalities
• Perform basic troubleshooting and rectify assembly issues
• Record work progress, testing results and other required information
• Ensure completed work meets quality and safety requirements
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• No prior experience required
• Training will be provided
• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome
• ITE / NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma holders are encouraged to apply
• Candidates with experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, engineering or technical environments will have an advantage
• Comfortable performing hands-on work
• Willing to learn new technical skills
• Responsible, hardworking and safety-conscious
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Willing to work the required shift schedule
