Job Responsibilities

Employee Management: Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including employment contracts, employee documentation, work pass applications/cancellations, medical check-ups and staff passes.

Employee Support: Handle and resolve employees’ HR-related enquiries, including leave and employment matters, in a timely and professional manner.

HR Administration & Records: Maintain accurate employee records and HR data, and ensure timely updates for compliance and reporting purposes.

HR Operations: Liaise with Payroll, site administrators and relevant stakeholders on employee-related matters, and provide general HR administrative support as required.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of HR administration experience.

HR experience in the Built Environment sector will be an advantage.

Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

A collaborative team player with a proactive and responsible approach.
