Job Summary

Lead and oversee construction projects by planning, coordinating, and supervising activities to ensure timely, budget-compliant, and quality delivery while maintaining site safety and regulatory adherence.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities to ensure efficient project execution
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet deadlines and financial targets
• Communicate and collaborate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to align project goals
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
• Prepare detailed progress reports and actively participate in project meetings to update stakeholders

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of construction management experience
• Proficient in MS Office and project management software
• Strong leadership skills demonstrated by managing teams and projects effectively
• Solid knowledge of construction practices, contracts, workplace safety regulations, local building regulations, and industry standards
• Effective communication skills to liaise with diverse project stakeholders
