We are seeking a reliable, highly organized

Site Foreman

to oversee daily operations on our construction project. You will serve as the critical link between management and field workers. Your primary goal is to manage onsite workflows, enforce strict safety standards, and ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and up to quality standards

Key Responsibilities

• Field Supervision: Supervise daily on-site activities of construction workers, tradespeople, and subcontractors.
• Work Scheduling: Schedule, assign, and communicate daily tasks clearly to teams.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations, conduct daily toolbox meetings, and ensure proper PPE usage.
• Quality Assurance: Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure construction accuracy.
• Progress Tracking: Maintain daily site logs, including manpower tracking, material deliveries, and project milestones.
• Resource Management: Monitor material levels, coordinate tool availability, and prevent wastage or equipment downtime.
• Problem Solving: Resolve immediate field conflicts, technical variations, or scheduling bottlenecks swiftly.
• Coordination:Liaise closely with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and safety officers to update project timelines.
  
  Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in site supervision or structural/architectural works.
• Certifications: Valid BCSS (Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course) or Supervise Workplace Safety and Health in Process Plant (SWSHPP) certificate.
