Job Description

Responsibilities

We’re hiring a Technical Project Manager to turn product requirements into successful software releases.

Your Day-to-Day
  • Take ownership of project delivery across web and mobile app, from initial planning through to release
  • Bring together Frontend, Backend, Mobile, QA, and UI/UX teams and keep everyone aligned on priorities and deadlines. Break down project plans into clear milestones, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
  • Work with Agile teams through sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and other delivery activities
  • Stay ahead of potential delays and issues by actively managing risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies
  • Keep stakeholders and leadership informed on progress, changes, risks, and key decisions. Make sure what gets delivered matches the agreed requirements, scope, and expectations
  • Keep project information organised across roadmaps, backlogs, documentation, and delivery plans

What You Bring
  • Min. 3 years of software project management experience, with exposure to both Web & Mobile App delivery, within fintech, payments, digital assets, or another regulated technology environment
  • Strong practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum or Kanban and experience working with tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar
  • Comfortable working with technical teams and following discussions around APIs, SDLC, Flutter, JavaScript/TypeScript, and related technologies
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with professional fluency in English and Mandarin
  • A structured and proactive approach, with the ability to juggle multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders at once
Good to Have
  • Experience with capacity/resource planning or budget management
  • PMP, CSM, or another recognised project management certification
