Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

Dormitory Operations: Lead the planning, setup, implementation and daily operations of the Company’s worker dormitory, including resident registration, room allocation, check-in/check-out and occupancy management.

Compliance & Regulatory Management: Ensure compliance with FEDA, EFMA, MOM, SCDF, NEA and other applicable regulatory requirements. Act as the key liaison with government authorities and coordinate inspections, audits and regulatory submissions.

Facilities & Safety Management: Oversee dormitory cleanliness, maintenance, security, fire safety, access control and emergency response procedures to ensure a safe and well-maintained living environment.

Resident & Welfare Management: Manage resident feedback, complaints, disciplinary matters and welfare issues, while supporting worker engagement and well-being initiatives.

Vendor & Staff Management: Supervise dormitory support staff, security, cleaners and service providers, and manage vendor performance, maintenance works and service standards.

Policies & Reporting: Develop and maintain dormitory SOPs, policies and house rules. Monitor regulatory changes, identify operational improvements and prepare regular management reports on occupancy, compliance and operational performance.

Incident & Cost Management: Investigate incidents and non-compliance matters, implement corrective actions, and monitor utilities, operating costs and overall efficiency.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Property Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in dormitory, worker accommodation, facilities or property management.

Strong knowledge of FEDA, EFMA, MOM requirements and worker accommodation standards.

Experience managing licensed worker dormitories or large-scale foreign worker accommodation facilities is preferred.

Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage a multi-national resident population.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative reporting.

Able to work independently and respond to operational or emergency matters outside normal working hours when required.
