Responsibilities:

• Set up new business partners in the finance systems.
• Review and evaluate credit limit and term requests from business partners.
• Manage customer credit control, including the approval of delivery orders.
• Address customer inquiries related to invoices and payments.
• Prepare monthly debt provision reports for consolidated reporting.
• Upload invoices to the designated customer portal.
• Conduct checks for potential risks related to vendors.
• Distribute weekly ageing reports to sales departments and oversee reports for other entities.
• Support the organization during quarterly and annual audits.
• Update incoming payments in the finance systems.
• Provide required tax invoices to the associated entities.
• Prepare monthly cash forecast reports.
• Submit insured revenue details to the credit insurance company on a quarterly basis.
• Initiate legal proceedings against customers, coordinating with legal representatives and the credit insurance collections team.
• Review and manage insurance coverage for group assets.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Finance or Accounting.
• At least 1 year of experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, Finance Operations, Collections, or a related finance function.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, INFOR, Oracle).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Collaborative team player with effective interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated responsibility and organizational capabilities.
