Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of digital transformation projects and initiatives.
  • Assist the Project Manager / Programme Manager in tracking project schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, action trackers, RAID logs, and governance materials.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and business users to ensure project activities are progressing according to plan.
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions, including preparation of agendas and presentation materials.
  • Consolidate project updates from various workstreams and prepare regular progress reports for management review.
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones, highlighting potential delays or risks to the Project Manager.
  • Assist in coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment activities, training, and post-implementation support when required.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project management processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, IT project management, digital transformation, or a similar role.
  • Experience supporting IT / digital projects within a structured project environment.
  • Good understanding of project management concepts, governance, risk/issue tracking, and project reporting.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills with good attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with both business and technical teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools would be an advantage.
