Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable including payment Received posting,and AR aging.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and prepare required financial reports.
  • Prepare GST submissions, maintain accruals/prepayment schedules, and ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards
  • Liaise with customers, auditors, banks, and tax agents. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial documentation.
  • Provide support for audit, tax filing, and ad hoc finance projects.
  • Detailed-oriented, responsible and able to work independently
