Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into functional and system specifications.
• Act as a liaison between business users, developers, QA teams, and vendors.
• Conduct requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping sessions.
• Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRDs), user stories, and process flows.
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case preparation and defect management.
• Perform impact analysis for system changes, enhancements, and production issues.
• Manage requirement traceability throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Collaborate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.

Skills/Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in computer engineering or related field
• Proven working experience in System analysis with at least 10 year’s relevant experience in large and complex organisations.
• Extensive experience in managing end to end delivery of testing services from multiple vendor test service providers
• Proven experience in testing standards, tools, processes & methodologies, frameworks, and various delivery methodologies e.g. Agile, Hybrid Agile and Waterfall, DevOps
• Proven, successful track record of managing shared IT service development and/ or IT Testing Services
