Requirements
- Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in 3D event or exhibition design
- Advanced skills in 3dsmax, SketchUp, AutoCAD, V-Ray
- Strong portfolio showcasing 3D designs for live or corporate events
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of materials, fabrication methods, and on-site challenges
- Excellent understanding of space planning and audience flow
- Collaborative and open to constructive feedback
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the internal Business Development team to conceptualize and develop compelling creative pitch proposals for events and activations.
- Provide creative input and visual direction, transforming ideas and concepts into visually impactful designs.
- Independently develop key visuals and design assets from initial concept to final execution.
- Interpret and translate client briefs accurately to ensure the creative output aligns with project objectives.
- Design and produce a variety of creative materials including, but not limited to, event key visuals, photo walls, branding collaterals, entrance arches, stage designs, engagement/activation booths, logos, customized structures, and other related visual assets.
- Oversaw fabrication build-up in accordance with design specifications and quality standards.
- Liaise with the client to ensure clear communication and alignment with project requirements.
- Maintain a strong sense of design, with attention to detail in color coordination, layout, and typography.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating proactiveness, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of highquality outputs while working under tight deadlines and pressure.
