Position : Business Analyst

Salary : RM 3,000 - RM 4,500

Location : Damansara Uptown

Working Days : 8.30am – 5.30pm / Mon – Fri

Job Summary

The Business Analyst gathers and analyzes business requirements, defines solutions, and collaborates with development teams to deliver projects that align with business goals. This role acts as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and effective solution delivery.

Job Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements through meetings, workshops, and research.
• Translate requirements into clear specifications, user stories, and functional documentation.
• Collaborate with development and technical teams to design, implement, and validate solutions.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure understanding and alignment.
• Develop test plans, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and verify solutions meet business needs.
• Monitor project progress, maintain documentation, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Support ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis, product management, or similar roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and technical concepts.
• Experience with requirement-gathering tools, documentation, and project management tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• UAT: 1 year (Preferred)
• Business analysis: 3 years (Preferred)
• Product Features: 1 year (Preferred)
