Job Title: Production Supervisor

Job Description:
We are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee and manage the daily operations of our production floor, specifically in the manufacturing of castor wheels. The role will involve ensuring production targets are met, maintaining product quality, and ensuring safety and compliance on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of production operators, ensuring optimal productivity and quality standards are met.
• Develop and implement daily production schedules based on customer demand and inventory levels.
• Monitor and maintain product quality throughout the production process, performing regular quality checks and inspections.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all workplace safety regulations.
• Maintain production records, including progress reports and logs, and provide regular updates to management.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure production machinery is well-maintained and functioning.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality control, and machinery maintenance.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a diverse team.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve production issues.
• Good knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
