Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Planning Officer with a strong background in mathematics to join our team in the plastic injection industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing planning operations to ensure efficient processes and resource utilization. This role requires a keen eye for numbers and figures, as well as analytical skills to drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

*To support forecast, order fulfilment, material inventory (Raw & Packaging Material, FG, Rework)

*Coordinate and optimize planning operations in moulding and processing units to meet production targets and quality standards.

*Develop and maintain production schedules, inventory plans, and resource allocation strategies.

*Ensure all machines are fully occupied against capacity and assist production to maximize productivity with minimum cost & manpower.

*Monitor inventory level and supply chain logistics to ensure timely delivery of customer shipment.

*Utilize mathematical models, statistical analysis, and forecasting techniques to support decision-making and planning processes.

*Prepare reports and documentation to communicate planning strategies, performance metrics, and project updates.

Qualifications:

*Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Science, Operations Research, or related field.

*At least 3-5 years of experience in planning and operations management in injection molding industry.

*Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical analysis, data modeling, and forecasting methods.

*Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

*Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels of the organization.

*Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

*Abel to work under pressure, flexible and adaptable to rapid change.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
