Key Responsibilities

• Clear Blockers: Find and fix problems that slow down the team.
• Coach the Team: Help members learn to self-manage and work well together.
• Support the Product Owner: Assist with backlog grooming and goal setting.
• Protect the Team: Stop outside interruptions and reduce team stress.

Skills and Qualifications

• Agile Knowledge: Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks.
• Communication: Strong people skills to resolve conflicts and talk with leaders.
• Certifications: Often require credentials like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
