Full Time Store - Logistics Officer Jobs, salary up to MYR 3,500 in KENNWU MANUFACTURING (M) SDN BHD Ulu Tiram - Ricebowl

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible and accountable for all aspects of planning, logistic activities, keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery time, transport cost, subordinate efficiency and warehouse management activities.
• Responsible on cost reduction in all aspects of warehouse activities, e.g. , proper usage and maintenance of forklift, proper plan vehicle routes, etc.
• Responsible for Sub-work including training, distribution of jobs and evaluation of efficiency, with assistance of QA in quality related issues.
• To ensure FIFO system and minimum replenishment level implementation in warehouse management.
• To update all stock movement record on daily basis.
• Carry out periodic check on the conformance of stock inventory for raw materials and finished goods on the going basis.
• Prepare and submit monthly stock movement record after month end inventory by 1st of every month.
• To generate monthly report and submit by 10th of every month.
• Supervise store and logistic members on daily jobs routine.
• To coordinate and assist in daily delivery arrangement with logistic members.
• To develop and undertake in-house training of store members and related staff in respect to induction, skill enhancement and supervisory skill in accordance to the company’s operation manual.
• Responsible to generate team works toward achieving Company objective on productivity, rejects and on time delivery as the efficiency set by the Company.
• To maintain good house-keeping at all times with reference to 5S stipulation.
• Responsible in contribution towards accreditation and maintain conformance of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & IATF 16949.
• Act as Internal auditee /auditor for process and functional process.
• Provide feedback and suggestion to the management on improvement and solutions needed for the quality system.
• To assist store, logistic assistant and company driver.

AUTHORITIES

• To hold payment for the home workers if found major defects on job done.
• To select the home workers for the peeling job.
• To stop the delivery if found non conformity.
• Evaluate performance of store assistants to provide training and promotion.
• Evaluate performance of home workers

ACADEMIC REQUIREMENT

SRP/SPM with store experience/Diploma/Degree Holder

EXPERIENCE / SKILL REQUIREMENT

• Warehouse management experience.
• Knowledge and capable in ISO 9001 ISO 14001 & IATF 16949 requirement.
• Leadership Abilities, Organizational Skills, Analytical skills, Critical Thinking Abilities & Strategic thinking.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
