About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on and customer-focused Service Technician to provide technical support at customer locations. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and servicing company products while ensuring a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customer locations to diagnose and troubleshoot product issues.
• Perform repairs, maintenance, preventive servicing, and scheduled cleaning.
• Replace defective parts and conduct testing to ensure products are functioning properly.
• Attend assigned service appointments and achieve daily productivity targets.
• Provide clear explanations and professional service to customers.
• Update service records, reports, and job status through the company system.
• Manage assigned spare parts and ensure proper usage and documentation.
• Escalate complex technical issues or potential service delays when required.

Requirements

• SPM or Diploma in a relevant technical field.
• 0–2 years of experience in technical service, repair, maintenance, electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, or related fields.
• Valid Malaysian Driving Licence, GDL is a plus.
• Possess own motorcycle or vehicle and willing to travel extensively.
• Good troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using mobile applications and service systems.
• Responsible, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced field environment.
