Job Role: Project Manager - Construction (Mandarin Speaker)

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Manage project teams to ensure timely execution and delivery in accordance with approved schedules and budgets.

2. Plan and coordinate materials, resources, and subcontractors to support efficient project execution.

3. Maintain effective communication and working relationships with internal teams, clients, consultants, and contractors.

4. Provide technical coordination and support, ensuring engineering solutions are properly implemented.

5. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as required.

6. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements throughout project execution.

7. Support the enforcement of workplace safety practices and site compliance.

8. Perform other duties or ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil, electrical or mechanical Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in data center or M&E/MEP mission-critical projects.
• Able to demonstrate technical expertise and knowledge in Structural, Architectural Design, MEP and Contracts Management.
• Excellent track record of ability to manage teams and projects completion.
• Mandarin / English speaker.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification will be an added advantage.
• Data center or M&E or MEP Project experiences > 10MW IT load capacity.
