Job Responsibilities

• Prepare, compile, and submit project documentation, including project submissions, for approval.
• Prepare and manage shop drawings, material submissions, and other related technical documentation.
• Follow up on document approval status and monitor overall project progress.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, main contractors, suppliers, and other relevant parties.
• Maintain, organize, and update proper project documentation and filing systems.
• Assist the Site Supervisor with daily administrative, documentation, and project coordination tasks.
• Prepare project reports, letters, correspondence, and other project-related documentation as required.
• Ensure all project documents are properly recorded, updated, and submitted within the required timelines.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
