WE’RE HIRING – RECEPTIONIST

Location: BMC Mall

We are looking for a friendly and responsible Receptionist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Attend to customer enquiries and provide accurate information about services or products.
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and other customer enquiries.
• Assist customers with appointments, registrations, bookings, or basic requests.
• Handle customer complaints politely and refer complicated cases to the relevant person in charge.
• Perform basic computer work such as data entry, checking records, and updating customer information.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized reception area.
• Receive documents, parcels, or payments when required.
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Carry out other administrative and customer service duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Able to communicate in Mandarin
• Basic computer knowledge
• Friendly, polite, and good communication skills
• Responsible and willing to learn
• Willing to work at BMC Mall
• Priority will be given to candidates staying nearby
