Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified and dedicated Nursing Lecturer to join our academic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering nursing lectures, conducting practical training, assessing students, and supporting their academic and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct lectures, tutorials, and practical nursing sessions.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.
• Supervise and guide students during practical and clinical training.
• Assess and monitor students' academic and practical performance.
• Provide academic guidance and support to students.
• Participate in curriculum development, examination, moderation, and academic activities.
• Maintain accurate student and academic records.
• Ensure teaching activities comply with relevant academic and professional standards.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, seminars, and other college activities.
• Perform other academic duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Nursing or a related field.
• Registered Nurse with valid professional registration/licence.
• Relevant clinical nursing experience.
• Previous teaching or lecturing experience is an advantage.
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of nursing theory and clinical practice.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Candidates with experience in MQA/KPT or nursing programme accreditation will be an advantage.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
