Full Time Process Engineer Jobs, salary up to MYR 5,300 in Luxshare-Ict (J) Sdn Bhd Ulu Tiram - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain SAP Material Masters, routing sequences, component consumption, and work center configurations.
• Provide first-level SAP troubleshooting and support.
• Plan and implement Engineering Change Requests (ECR) from R&D to the production floor, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption.
• Lead manufacturing readiness for new product introductions.
• Support product transfer from global Rohde & Schwarz sites.
• Design, create, and optimize process flows and production line layouts from the ground up.
• Establish standard work instruction and manufacturing procedures.
• Perform detailed cost calculations within SAP
• Conduct cycle time measurements and analysis for current and new processes to improve efficiency.
• Work closely with R&D, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams.
• Partner with R&D to support on Design for manufacturing (DFM).
• Lead Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping projects.
• Optimize material flow and inventory.
• Optimize cycle time, throughput, line balancing and capacity planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Electrical & Electronic, Industrial and Mechanical Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in Electronic Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, and Data/Cost analysis.
• Experience in SMT, PCBA & Final production and High-mix, low-volume manufacturing.
• Experience in NPI and product transfer is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,300.00 per month
