Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • System Installation & Configuration: Set up workstations, servers, operating systems, and core software applications.
  • Network & Infrastructure Support: Maintain LAN, WAN, VPN configurations, routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Diagnose and resolve hardware failures, software bugs, and connectivity drops.
  • System Monitoring: Track performance metrics and apply security patches or software upgrades proactively.
  • Documentation & Ticketing: Log all service requests, track resolutions, and keep network documentation updated.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
