Responsibilities
Assess and handle claims cases in compliance with company guidelines;
Handle enquiries from external and internal stakeholders;
Provide support to litigation and direct settlement;
Prepare management reports and statistics for management review;
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Degree / Higher Diploma in Business or Finance
Professional qualifications (i.e. ACII or ANZIIF etc.) will be an advantage
At least 5 years supervisory experience in claims
Good command of both written and spoken English
Mature and able to work independently
Legal professionals are welcomed
Immediate availability is highly preferred
