YOUR DAY TO DAY
Create a memorable & high-quality dining experience by assisting with the smooth and efficient daily operation of the bar and restaurant
Able to prepare ingredients and mix drinks professionally
Maintain high level of hygiene and quality standard for the bar according to the hotel guidelines and the requirements of relevant government departments
Contribute to overall operational efficiency by performing relevant duties as assigned
Perform any other duties and special projects assigned by supervisors
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
A great team player who is customer-oriented, attentive and hospitable
Working knowledge of standard drink recipes, spirits, wine and beer
Good communication skill
Innovative ideas to create drinks up to the current market trend is a plus
