Key Responsibilities

· Perform day-to-day day-to-day operations to provide professional & friendly service in all channels, to enlighten and retain customers

· Extract customers insight and proactively reach out to customers for delighting customers

· Handle and resolve complaints and complex enquiries effectively

· Maintain good customer relationship and ensure customer satisfaction

· Keep records of customer interactions, comments and complaints, and act on it

· Work with cross departments to resolve enquiries and enhance customer experience

· Work with various teams and make sure CX talking point are align with happenings in WNP

· To support Ad-hoc promotions / events if necessary

· 5 days job included weekends and public holiday

Pay: $18,000.00 - $22,000.00 per month
