Responsibilities:

• Support digital transformation initiatives across operations, reporting, data analysis, and process automation.

• Design and implement system integrations using APIs, databases, file transfers, and other interface methods.

• Manage the full system development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and user support.

• Maintain and support backend services, databases, APIs, and frontend applications.

• Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to evaluate solutions, define requirements, and ensure high-quality delivery.

• Prepare technical documentation, user guides, workflow diagrams, and presentation materials.

• Explore the adoption of emerging technologies, including AI, automation, and modern software engineering practices.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• 6 to 8 years of hands-on software development experience.

• Strong programming experience in one or more of the following:

• Python
• PHP
• Node.js

• Strong database knowledge with hands-on experience in ANSI SQL, including MySQL and PostgreSQL.

• Experience in frontend development using Vue.js, React, or other modern JavaScript frameworks.

• Hands-on experience in backend development, API design, and system integration.

• Understanding of agentic workflows and experience with automation or AI workflow platforms.

• Experience with automation or deployment tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, or similar CI/CD technologies.

• Experience working in containerized environments such as Docker or Kubernetes is an advantag

• Comfortable working in an Agile environment with rapid iteration, frequent feedback, and evolving priorities.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

• Good command of English and Cantonese.
