Job Nature:

• Proactively pitch, brainstorm, and develop innovative digital programs and video concepts.
• Create articles, social media posts (FB, IG, Threads), and video content.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics (traffic, reach, and engagement) to optimize content strategy and drive audience growth.
• Plan the content calendar and analyze performance metrics to optimize reach and engagement.
• Work with various departments on content projects to ensure a smooth process and deliver good results.

Characters / Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the media, digital content, or reporting industry (Fresh Graduates welcome)
• Passionate about food / lifestyle.
• A natural brainstormer with an imaginative, broad-minded, and highly creative mindset.
• Basic visual design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut, or Photoshop).
• Analytical, trend-sensitive, and self-motivated with a strong understanding of social media.
