We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to take charge of kitchen operations, including leading the staff in all matters related to food preparation.

Responsibilities

Plan and supervise food preparation tasks to ensure efficient kitchen operations and high-quality output

Lead and manage the food team to maintain health and safety standards in all kitchen activities

Design and plan menus that are fresh, appealing, and well presented to enhance customer satisfaction

Develop recipes and determine optimal presentation methods to create unique and delicious dishes

Order food, kitchen equipment, and supplies while maintaining an accurate and updated inventory

Coordinate with suppliers to verify correct deliveries and ensure pricing matches quotations

Required competencies and certifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a Head Cook

Preferred competencies

• Knowledge of current culinary trends to innovate menu offerings
• Proven ability to multitask and perform effectively in high-pressure kitchen environments
• Strong leadership and communication skills to guide and motivate kitchen staff
