Scope

• Oversee day-to-day site operations for building projects from structure to TOPPlan, coordinate, and manage construction activities in accordance with project scheduleLead site teams including Site Engineers, Supervisors, and subcontractors
• Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statementsMonitor progress, productivity, and quality of works on siteResolve site issues, technical challenges, and coordination conflicts promptly
Act as the main point of contact on site for consultants, subcontractors, and authoritiesAttend site meetings and provide accurate progress updatesCoordinate closely with consultants on technical submissions, inspections, and approvals
