Job Description:
Group Reporting & Consolidation
- Own Group consolidation and monthly financial reporting across EMS, EME and EMRE.
- Ensure accurate, timely and consistent financial reporting across all entities.
- Support management, Board and stakeholder reporting requirements.
Balance Sheet Governance & Financial Stewardship
- Establish strong balance sheet governance and review processes across the Group.
- Oversee reconciliations, accounting quality and financial reporting integrity.
- Ensure accounting policies and reporting standards are consistently applied
Regulatory & External Reporting
- Lead statutory reporting, audit coordination and regulatory submissions
- Oversee financial statements, XBRL reporting and compliance requirements
- Manage relationships with auditors, regulators and external stakeholders
General Ledger Leadership
- Provide leadership and oversight of the Group General Ledger team
- Drive close discipline, accounting quality and reporting consistency
- Support capability development and continuous improvement within the team
Reporting Transformation & Process Improvement
- Drive finance transformation projects such as accounting system enhancement, automation opportunities, reporting process improvements and so on
- Improve reporting quality, close efficiency and data governance
- Support ERP-enabled finance transformation initiatives across the Group
Finance Integration & Governance
- Serve as the primary reporting interface between FP&A, Finance Operations and external stakeholders
- Ensure alignment between management reporting, statutory reporting and operational finance processes
- Promote strong financial governance, accountability and reporting discipline across the Group
Job Requirements:
Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
- Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent) required.
Experience
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, consolidation, audit or controllership
- Experience in Group reporting, consolidation and statutory reporting
- Familiarity with financial reporting standards, regulatory requirements and corporate governance practices
- Experience managing audits, financial statements and external reporting requirements
- Prior experience leading teams and driving process improvement or finance transformation initiatives preferred
