Job Summary

You will operate and maintain smart card production machines to ensure quality output, meet production deadlines, and support team members in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and adjust smart card production machines to maintain consistent output quality and speed
• Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality standards and order deadlines
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and promptly report any malfunctions or issues
• Follow production schedules accurately to meet customer order deadlines
• Train and guide new operators on basic machine operation procedures and safety protocols

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess Nitec or relevant vocational certificate
• Demonstrate 1–2 years of experience operating industrial machines
• Read and comprehend simple operation manuals to follow instructions effectively
• Maintain strong safety awareness to ensure a safe working environment
• Willingness to work rotating shifts as required by production schedules
