The company provides integrated construction services across both the public and private sectors and has delivered a diverse portfolio of large-scale residential, commercial, mixed-use, institutional and infrastructure developments.

Job Responsibilities :

• Lead the overall planning, coordination, execution, and successful delivery of assigned construction projects.

• Manage project schedules, budgets, quality, safety, and overall site performance to achieve project objectives.

• Oversee and coordinate Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Technical Staff, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Liaise closely with clients, consultants, architects, authorities, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor construction progress and implement recovery plans where necessary to meet project milestones.

• Review construction drawings, shop drawings, technical submissions, method statements, and construction methodologies.

• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, BCA regulations, Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements, and company quality standards.

• Conduct project meetings and prepare regular progress reports for management and clients.

• Resolve technical, contractual, commercial, and operational issues throughout the project lifecycle.

• Drive productivity, value engineering, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements :

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering discipline.

• Project Manager: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Singapore's building construction industry.

• Senior Project Manager: Minimum 12 years of relevant experience with proven leadership in delivering large-scale developments.

• Proven experience with an A1 Main Contractor in Singapore.

• Strong knowledge of project planning, construction methodology, contract administration, and stakeholder management.

• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
