Job Summary

Coordinate irrigation and sportscape maintenance projects by managing schedules, procurement, documentation, and compliance to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance schedules, site availability, and permits to ensure smooth project operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project activities and resolve issues promptly
• Prepare and submit monthly progress reports, claims, and supporting documentation to meet project deadlines
• Issue purchase orders and track procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of materials from suppliers
• Prepare and revise shop drawings to comply with project specifications and adapt to site conditions
• Compile safety documents, operation manuals, and risk assessments to ensure regulatory compliance before work commencement
• Execute additional duties as assigned by the Project Manager to support project objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 1 year of industry experience in estimating and/or quantity surveying
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Adaptability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
