Job Role

• Plan, schedule, monitor delivery jobs and track drivers and vehicles using transport management system.

• Familiar with Singapore Industrial sites locations, routes planning & truck operations maintenance.

• Set daily target performance level and optimize resources to achieve delivery goals.

• Pre-plan the next day collection and delivery jobs for drivers and vehicles.

• Prepare accident report on vehicle and coordinate repairs with vendor.

• Undertake any other duties as assigned.

Job Skills and Requirements

• Minimum Diploma with 3 years relevant experience in fleet management and route planning.

• Speak English and Mandarin or Bahasa to effectively communicate with Mandarin/Bahasa-speaking clients.

• Good interpersonal communication skills.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Be customer-centric and result oriented.

• Proficiency in Excel and Words document.

• Experience in Oil & Gas delivery or related logistic industry is advantageous.
