Job Summary

As a Sales Executive reporting to the Sales Manager, you will drive revenue growth by managing client accounts, identifying new sales opportunities, and delivering effective sales strategies within a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of existing client accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and leveraging industry contacts
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients to secure new business
• Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals and market trends
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets to contribute to company growth
• Provide actionable feedback and insights to management to enhance sales processes and strategies
• Organize and prioritize multiple customer accounts to optimize time management and service delivery

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of sales experience
• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Prior experience selling electronic products and equipment is an advantage
• Strong communication and presentation skills to engage clients at all levels
• Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills to close deals and resolve client issues
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple accounts efficiently
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets
