Group HR Shared Services (HRSS) plays a critical role in delivering efficient, accurate and employee-centric HR services across NHG institutions. Supporting the employee lifecycle from hiring to separation, HRSS partners stakeholders to provide seamless HR operations while driving service excellence and continuous improvement. We are looking for a proactive and adaptable individual to join our team as a Flexible HR Operations Resource, supporting multiple HR Operations functions.

Job Summary

The Senior Associate Executive supports the Offboarding team within Group HR Shared Services (HRSS) and is responsible for administering end-to-end employee separation processes across NHG institutions. The incumbent will ensure timely, accurate and compliant processing of offboarding transactions while providing quality HR services to employees, managers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Offboarding Operations

• Administer end-to-end employee separation processes, including resignations, retirements, contract expiries and other forms of employee exits.
• Process employee separations in HR systems accurately and within established SLAs.
• Prepare and manage separation-related documentation, including resignation acknowledgements, exit letters and clearance documentation.
• Coordinate clearance activities with Payroll, Finance, IT, Security and employing institutions.
• Process work pass cancellations where applicable.
• Ensure employee records are updated accurately.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding offboarding actions.
• Respond to employee and stakeholder enquiries professionally.
• Ensure proper documentation and records retention.

HR Service Delivery

• Serve as the primary point of contact for offboarding enquiries.
• Deliver timely, accurate and customer-focused HR services.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures and service standards.
• Escalate complex cases appropriately

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline. Preferably 2 to 3 years of HR operations, HR shared services or HR administration experience. Experience in employee lifecycle administration or offboarding processes will be advantageous.

Skills & Knowledge

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS systems preferred. Strong administrative and coordination skills. Good attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume transactions within timelines. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
