Role Overview

We are seeking a Quality Assurance to manage quality and operational documentation, coordinate reporting, and support inventory and compliance record-keeping. This role suits a candidate with a background in report preparation, stock/inventory documentation, and system-based data entry, gained through prior retail, merchandising, or administrative experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, compile, and maintain quality and operational reports (e.g. quantity reports, claim reports, stock allocation records), similar to sales quantity and claim reporting work
  • Maintain and update controlled documents including SOPs, batch records, and compliance files, ensuring version control and proper filing
  • Use SAP or equivalent ERP systems to process documentation, track allocations, and support planning/reporting functions
  • Coordinate stock transfer planning and inventory documentation, reconciling records against physical/system counts
  • Compare and benchmark internal data (e.g. product specifications, costs) against competitor or reference data to support quality/process reviews
  • Support the upload, organization, and management of documents on internal digital platforms and shared systems
  • Liaise with production, QA, and other departments to ensure smooth documentation flow and timely approvals
  • Assist in preparing materials and documentation for internal audits, inspections, or compliance checks
  • Support ad-hoc administrative and project coordination tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree (Business, Technopreneurship, Administration, or related field)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred
  • Experience in report preparation, inventory/stock documentation, or administrative coordination (e.g. through internship or project work)
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage documentation accurately
  • Good written and spoken English; additional languages an advantage
  • Comfortable working with digital platforms and basic data tools (e.g. Excel, SPSS, or similar)
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internship or project experience are welcome to apply
