• Handling Both Sea & Air Import/Export shipments
• Minotering of shipment status and keep customer update on shipment date
• Follow up with cargo delivery status
• Prepare full set of shipping documents such as BL, permits, COO, PV, DO, etc
• Liaise with customers and vendors to ensure timely deliver of shipment
• Build a good relationship with the client
• Issue billing & take in vendor invoice and close job

• Have at least 2 years of experience with the same job scope

• Able to deal with Mandarin Speaking agents.

• Able to work independently, and in a fast pace environment

• Able to work under stress

• Able to work overtime include weekends

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
