Job Summary

Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth office operations, manage customer communications, and maintain accurate documentation for WRX Engineers Pte Ltd.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily administrative tasks to support office efficiency and workflow
• Prepare accurate quotations and invoices to facilitate customer transactions
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries to maintain client satisfaction
• Organise and maintain both electronic and physical filing systems for easy retrieval and record-keeping
• Manage incoming office telephone calls, directing them appropriately and providing information as needed
• Handle confidential administrative duties with discretion and integrity
• Collaborate with supervisors to complete additional tasks as assigned, ensuring team objectives are met

Required competencies and certifications

• Proficient use of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook to produce documents, manage data, and communicate effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally
• Ability to prioritise multiple projects and apply problem-solving skills to resolve administrative challenges

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum diploma in management, administration, or accounting
• At least 1 year of experience performing administrative activities in a professional setting
