Job Description:

• Conduct research on the theory and application of emerging new technologies for antenna innovations in wireless communications, including base stations and consumer terminals.
• Develop innovative antenna technologies, provide antenna solutions, and deliver them to product lines.
• Generate intellectual property on new antenna and product innovations.
• Collaborate with electric engineering, mechanical, and material teams on the feasibility study of innovative antenna solutions.
• Support the implementation of technical projects to product projects.
• Support the technology connection between academia and industry.

Job Requirements:

• Masters in electromagnetic (EM) field, antenna technology, microwave communication, or related fields.
• Deep understanding of EM field and antenna theory.
• Experience with antenna design, implementation, and measurement.
• Proficient in EM simulation tools such as CST, HFSS etc.
• Familiar with the theory and design methodology of metamaterial, metasurface, and metaline, and their applications in various antenna design.
• Experience with the design of antenna elements and arrays for base stations or consumer terminals.
• Familiar with AI/machine learning/deep learning, especially its application to circuit and antenna design.
