Job Summary

Manage end-to-end purchasing processes to support manufacturing and operational needs, ensuring compliance, supplier coordination, and data-driven improvements to optimize procurement efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders from creation through delivery, tracking progress and resolving issues to ensure timely fulfillment
• Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and legal requirements, maintaining accurate transaction records
• Collaborate with manufacturing, finance, engineering, and logistics teams to understand their procurement needs and provide effective support
• Maintain strong supplier relationships to secure timely delivery of products and services
• Generate and analyze purchasing reports to identify trends and recommend process improvements for operational efficiency

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management with a minimum of 3 years purchasing experience
• Proficient in SAP, specifically in MRP processes and purchase order creation and amendment
• Advanced skills in MS Excel to analyze purchasing data and generate reports
• Ability to work independently to meet company and group objectives
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively across teams and suppliers
• Team player with a self-driven attitude able to perform under pressure
