Job Title : Hotel Receptionist

Salary: $ 2,500 to $ 4,200 per month

Working Days: 6 days per week

Working Hours: Shift work (according to roster)

Job Description

• Welcome guests and provide professional customer service throughout their stay.
• Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
• Verify reservations and update guest information in the hotel management system.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and enquiries regarding room bookings and hotel services.
• Process payments, issue receipts and invoices, and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
• Provide information on hotel facilities, nearby attractions, and transportation options.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the front desk and reception area.
• Prepare daily reports and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Basic computer literacy; experience with hotel reservation systems is an advantage.
• Prior experience in hotel reception or customer service will be an added advantage, but training can be provided.
