We are looking for a detail oriented and organized Temporary Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support for an insurance related business. This role is ideal for someone who is meticulous, possesses strong communication skills, and enjoys working in a fast paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle documentation, filing, and data entry with accuracy.
• Assist in processing administrative tasks and maintaining records.
• Support the team with insurance-related administrative duties.
• Coordinate and manage documents in a timely and organized manner.
• Respond to internal administrative requests and provide operational support.
• Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
• Meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Available to commit to an initial 2 week assignment, with the possibility of extension.

• Salary rate: $12-13/hour
