Job Summary

Manage and coordinate ACMV construction projects by overseeing site

schedules, resolving technical issues, and ensuring timely progress

reporting to drive successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead management of site schedules and monitor works progress to

ensure timely completion of ACMV construction projects

• Coordinate effectively with main contractors and subcontractors to

align work activities and resolve operational challenges

• Participate actively in project meetings to communicate updates,

address concerns, and influence decision-making

• Diagnose and resolve site technical issues promptly to maintain

workflow continuity and safety standards

• Prepare detailed progress reports and maintain accurate project

documentation to support transparency and accountability

• Interpret construction drawings accurately to guide site activities

and ensure compliance with engineering specifications

• Utilize mechanical and engineering knowledge to support technical

decision-making and problem-solving on site

• Apply computer skills to manage project documentation and

communication efficiently

• Demonstrate autonomy by managing assigned tasks independently

and initiating actions to meet project deadlines

• Be available to commence work immediately to support project

timelines
