Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

  • Inspection of building, mechanical and electrical services and equipment
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of M&E systems, including: plumbing,

electrical, aircon, painting, general handy work repairs.

  • Attend to building maintenance requests/feedback from management and tenants
  • Supervise contractors to ensure work is done in accordance to specifications
  • Report on any maintenance issues
  • Adhoc duties as assigned


Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Facility Management or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of maintenance processes and methods
  • Basic understanding of M&E systems
  • Two years’ experience in related fields
